In fact the company is going the extra mile by launching simultaneously a passenger vehicle Operation on a pan India basis to enable India meet its carbon emission reduction targets at an accelerated pace.
Production Capacity
It is in keeping with this ZAP Mobility Pvt. Ltd. has set upon itself the task of manufacturing 65,000 electric buses and commercial vehicles and 150,000 Electric Tractors. We also have 2 plants at Jalandhar with an annual bus body capacity of 1200 units.
The company desires to meet the unsatiated demand for electric buses for Schools, staff buses, and the huge segment of the Super luxury, luxury tourism industry. Similarly, the company plans to concentrate on the mid& last mile cargo delivery segment by its 9T and its 3.5 Ton light commercial vehicles.

The company’s strength lies in its proprietary and wholly indigenous technology for the manufacture of electric vehicles as also that of its associate, Pravaig Dynamics Pvt. Ltd., India’s only indigenous battery Manufacturer providing the requisite driving force for electric vehicles.
Superior Battery Technology
Pravaig batteries are not only the lightest in weight but also excel in performance with global players including Tesla Motor of the US as it gives 500 km on a single charge. And what is even more significant is that 80% of the battery can be charged in only 45 minutes providing for faster turnaround for vehicle operators and yielding ever greater revenues.
Commercial Vehicles
ZAP Mobility is now ready to launch its range of 9 Ton Light Commercial vehicle the largest of it’s kind, with a highly efficient, reliable, and quick payback time. This zeroemission vehicle is designed for a 200 km trip on a single charge with a battery capacity of 106.95 KWh. The vehicle charges up to 80 % in 45 mins.
With its most silent operation, the truck has the lowest operating cost and pays back in just 2.75 years. This in turn yields a Rs 70 lakh saving in total cost of ownership over 15 years on a per-truck basis.

Amar Coach the body-building arm of ZAP Mobility with more than 50 years of experience in the manufacturing of buses ranging from 6 M to 12.5 M length in different capacities , small, medium, high capacity, Airport / Tarmac, ambulance, Horse float/Carrier and all types of special purpose buses.
